TERROR XIX’s Rotary Motor is equipped with a two-way relief valve that serves as a brake valve and protects the rotary motor from excessive instantaneous back pressure. The swing motor comes standard with a bidirectional relief valve (also known as a brake valve). Installing this valve block protects the motor from instantaneously excessive back pressure. Standard models without this valve commonly experience issues like motor shaft breakage and oil leakage from the shaft end. The addition of the valve block significantly reduces the occurrence of these two problems, enhancing the user experience and lowering the failure rate.

TERROR XIX’s Upgraded Triple-Load Sensing Valves and Load-Sensing Triple Pumps are built to harness the full potential of Kubota D902 engines This system provides higher hydraulic flow and more precise oil distribution, ensuring exceptionally smooth and stable machine operation. The triple pumps can supply oil to different actuators (such as the boom, bucket, and travel motor) independently.

Full Hydraulic Control. Compared to mechanical travel systems, the hydraulic travel pedal valve offers a shorter control stroke, which increases legroom for the operator. Hydraulic control provides smoother and more precise flow output, enabling stable climbing and descent on slopes through fine adjustments. The new hydraulic foot pedal for auxiliary functions (e.g., breaker) allows for convenient control of the attachment while simultaneously operating the boom and arm. The leftmost pedal controls the breaker, while the rightmost is a spare.

Boom Swing. The left and right deflection angles of 45 degrees adds extra agility to the machine.

Hydraulic control upgrade for the Bulldozer operating handle allows a more precise control of the height adjustments of the bulldozer while traveling. This upgraded hydraulic operation offers greater convenience and flexibility, enabling the operator to adjust the blade height while simultaneously traveling.

Retractable Tracks with a retractable range of 1-1.16m allow for ease of navigation on narrow paths.

An upgraded triple hydraulic pump that allows the hydraulic flow to be 15% faster than those on other two ton excavators. The increase in hydraulic flow can increase the working speed and more operations more efficient.

Hidden single speed motor use a single-speed final drive motor assembly that is typically built into the sprocket. This design provides a more compact profile and can offer smoother travel. Single-speed models are best for applications where constant, controlled speed is more important than rapid travel.

The piston travel motor offers a volumetric efficiency and service life that are 3 to 5 times greater than those of standard motors. It also provides a 30% increase in output torque, resulting in superior extrication capability and enhanced mobility between worksites. As the piston motor is embedded within the undercarriage, it is effectively protected from impacts and debris during travel and operation.
